"This apartments has a weird application process. I submitted my application for one unit but they placed my application on hold for almost one month, they didn't proceed my application until another applicant submitted her application. They never want to consider my application at all. They didn't do any background check or credit check of me, they just look at your face and make decisions. So their decision is not based on your background or credit, I assumed that they rent apartments to you based on your race or looking or even skin colors. They didn't give me any reason for not renting to me. If you keep waiting, they keep letting you wait and renting to someone else. I highly doubt that this is a place of racism. I am a senior scientist with a PhD degree working for a global company. Nothing for them to worry about. Please prove me wrong with a reasonable excuse, I hope I were wrong."
