"Lisa Perin was not an easy person to deal with. Very unprofessional and rude. Did not respond to messages and finally took me a few times of contacting another realtor to get any kind of reply from her. And when she did reply she was very rude, talked over me and basically had no internet in what I had to say. Bottom line if you have to deal with Lisa expect it to be a hassle. She sucks"

"New review: Dropping down to 1/5. I wish I could do 0/5. The daughter of the owners was beyond rude to my wife any time she was around and near the end of our lease. We needed to move out because we finally got a house. We gave them a few weeks notice, not a full 30 days but enough for them to do any sort of paper work, since our contract didn't say we needed to give a 30 day notice. Well after we told them they threatened to keep our full deposit because we "breached" our contract even though our 30 day notice was not applicable because we were living month to month and not a yearly lease. Well after the rub around and after moving into our new house they told us they are keeping our deposit and deducting 25 bucks because we didnt clean even though it was spotless when we moved out (we mopped, bleached, we even cleaned the windows). Its ridiculous that we had to deal with this. The owner Linda is very nice and she is the reason we stayed and even got a bigger more expensive apartment but her daughter is terrible. I hope she never gives her the keys to the business otherwise shell burn it to the ground. I'll be sure to find some sort of legal action because they cannot keep our deposit without reason Old review: I am not a fan of realtor agencies but these people are great! they are very helpful and know what they are doing. Their apartments are great as well"

We had a great experience purchasing a home from park hill realty. If you want a straight to the point no BS answer she is the person you need to hire."
