"You have to fight for maintenance to be done. There's been a pipe over head of our basement area thats been leaking for over a year! Our kitchen cabinets are crumbling a part!! There was a water pipe burst and destroyed the ceiling and rugs of 3 apartments. Its still not fixed a year later! I cant wait to move!!! Things have definitely changed!"
