"Last Summer and Fall Doug and his crew installed a beautiful new deck on the back of my house. Doug took care of all the details, helped me with permitting, finding the architect, getting the materials, and of course the construction. The work crew was awesome, worked hard, and was extremely personable. Now, 9 months later we use the deck all the time, and I'm thrilled with the work that was done. I was so pleased, that I had them do my kitchen next. See the next review for that one!"

"I had terrible experience with a contractor. Be careful!! He changed after he got the money. He just show up on time and contact me when he received money. He never answered the phone and reply to text messages. He was not show up on time and worked just couple hours, not all day once a week. I think he had another project while he was doing my project. It took 2month and half for my projects which is small deck and porch screen installation. He broke his words many times and always excused like i was in the hospital , waiting parts and broken phone. I was sick of tired his lies. Anyway be careful!!!"

"I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents. My father had been in contact with Doug so they could start working on our unfinished basement. The general plan was to create two bedrooms and something like a small sitting room downstairs. After Doug came around and looked everything over, he assured my dad that it was something he'd be able to do and they could get started on it quickly. Days go by. My dad tries calling Doug to check in and see about a potential start date. No answer any time he calls. Even more time passes by with no response of any kind from Doug. My parents gave Doug the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe he hadn't gotten back in touch due to family issues or even, God-forbid, an injury of some sort. Then one day, my dad decided to call the number Doug had given him from another number. Doug answered the phone almost immediately, not realizing it was my father on the line. After weeks of reaching out in various different ways trying to get in contact with him to start the work on our basement, there he was, clearly avoiding my parents' calls! Even if he decided that he could not take on the project after all, why not just tell my parents' that instead of hiding away from them? As grown adults, that conversation would have been easy to have and no harm would have been done, but instead, Doug gave people the opportunity to walk away disappointed and with a sour note of how he conducted business with them. If you decide to work with Doug, be aware that he could walk away from the job without any given notice."

"I hired this company to install a fence on my property. The owner Doug came out to give me an estimate and was very thorough and knowledgeable. His crew got the fence done in 2 days. Doug was available and addressed all questions thoroughly thru out the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will be using him again. Great job!"
