"Management is great here. Kathryn is extremely responsive. Any issues are addressed immediately. My apartment was remodeled prior to moving in and it’s very comfortable. No issues at all. The pool is a nice feature in the summer as well. I’d highly recommend renting here."

"I have lived in Village Square for 2-1/2 years. My apartment is great, it fits my needs perfectly from the layout to the amenities. The personnel are fabulous. They are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. When I have a problem with anything, they respond very quickly and take care of what is wrong. The complex is very quiet and the grounds are well kept. I have found a very happy home here, and am treated with dignity and respect by my neighbors and staff."

"So I have lived here for 5 years. The property is not new but 'recent' investments in roofing, paving, landscaping have been helpful. Like any property of any age, there will be issues. So far I have found management to be responsive, however after hours care while possible can leave us feeling like there is no response. That however is the nature of a service that just monitors rather than deals with issues directly. And I will say that while it may have felt like there was no response, every issue has always been addressed."

"I don't understand the negative review. I went to look at this apartment and both Karen and Brittany were extremely patient with my thousand questions. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the apartment I went through seems very cozy. Decision hasn't been made yet, but definitely in my top 2 and I am strongly leaning towards this placed based on my experience with the young ladies. So Here I am a year and a couple of months later. As stated above, I enjoy my apartment. My Car and Motorcycle are just maybe a hundred feet from my front door. Everyone in this corner of the complex are very nice. The winter was a little rough because we had to trudge out in the snow and Ice a few times. Still the summer was great chatting with neighbors, and made up for the bad winter. The pool is great. A New company has taken over the complex. I will review in 3 months."
