"Delayed review, but my now husband and I lived here for two years and moved out September 2021. Overall, the apartments our fine. Not the newest but not the oldest, a good mid ground. We had a number of maintenance issues in our time there including 3 different leaks, broken door lock, and a broken thermostat. Amenities were okay, nothing to rave about. Again overall a fine place to live but not somewhere I'm going to be quick to suggest to others."

"This has been one of my favorite places I have ever lived. I have only been here for a month, and everything I wanted out of this apartment I received. The grounds are very maintained and quite pleasing to the eye. The location is perfect for needing anything you want, WAWA being right across the street is a plus. It’s only a few minutes away from downtown West Chester and only about 25 minutes from King of Prussia mall. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated with all the latest appliances. And the ceilings are very high. The residents are very friendly and extremely quiet! It’s hard to tell if the walls are very thick or the neighbors are quiet, or both! The only time I hear my upstairs neighbors is when they are in their kitchen, open their front door and when they are on their patios. Otherwise I never hear anything past 9pm. The staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. Anytime I need something changed or fixed, within a day I’m contacted. Not going to lie, I was a bit nervous with all of the negative reviews I read, as I toured this apartment virtually. But after being here for a month, I realized these reviews may be fake or those people are a bunch of cry babies. If you’re looking for a nice safe and quiet apartment in a good area. This is the place for you. If you’re looking to save money and wanting to have ragers in your apartment, this is not the place for you."

"As you can see in all sites the positive reviews for this property go back to 2017. All recent reviews talk about the actual on-site manager, Georgina, she is so unprofessional and disrespectful. The tone of her voice and demeanor with the residents, you'll think she is the one paying your rent. The property is beautiful and very well kept, but I would stay away for as long as Georgina works there. If you rent here and happen to have an issue in your unit, she will make sure to give you a piece of her mind before the issue is even resolved. Georgina is so unique she requested to have a meeting with me to address my apartment issues but demanded I take off from work so we can meet within her work schedule. I was so excited to live in this property, but Georgina has ruined that for me. I'm now in the process of finding a new location, one that is Georgina free."
