Reviews
"Lived here for years, the office is always kind and the maintenace is always ontop of things we love it here."
"The surroundings are incredibly picturesque, adorned with meticulously maintained lawns. Surprisingly, there are no ants or fleas to be found, but occasional wasps and hornets do make an appearance. I've been a resident here for five years and, aside from the occasional stinging insects, it's been a relatively pest-free experience. However, the only reason I hesitate to rate this place with five stars is the pool policy, which restricts access to proficient swimmers, despite the constant presence of three vigilant lifeguards."
"I’ve lived in this complex for 6 years. Maintenance guys and office ladies are great here. Maintenance responds quickly. The paint should be refreshed regularly being that it’s flat paint throughout the apartments which is a nightmare when you have kids but we were told it can be requested after 6 years and we’re in the process of doing so. My issue is the amenities. I don’t use the amenities much here. Used the pool a few times over the years with my kids, rented the community room for a party, I’ve never used the gym so I can’t speak to that. After being in the pool for the first time this year for about 20minutes my 5yr old was told he wasn’t allowed in the pool because he couldn’t swim. We were informed due to new corporate rules no one is allowed to use the pool if they cannot swim. He was only allowed to use the baby pool despite being accompanied by adults. They are fully staffed with 3 life guards and my son was wearing a 5 point harnessed life vest, not to mention he was being tended to by 5 adults in the pool trying to teach him how to swim. Being the only little one in our family you could imagine how he felt to be told he has to be separate from his family anytime he’s at the pool. We all left together shortly after and apparently wont be able to use it going forward."
"I have lived here since 1998. I’m using the same dishwasher that was here when I moved in. The maintenance people have been very kind to me every time I needed Service. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. I just wish they would reinforce before people move in loud music will not be tolerated."
"At first glance I thought this place was a good deal. Cheap rent and decent amount of space but it’s not worth it in the slightest. Everything breaks down within a few months. Part of it has to do with the fact they get the cheapest appliances possible and just replace them every time a new tenant moves in so they can charge the previous tenant for it. Our washer, dryer, and dishwasher have broken down multiple times. Garbage disposal too. We had mold literal MOLD grow in one of our closets because our AC stopped working. Took an entire week for them to come out and fix it (it was the middle of summer and 80 degrees INSIDE). When we finally brought the issue to management they claimed it was most likely our fault for the mold because “we didn’t wash our clothes right” We threw out over $300 worth of clothes. We also were told we wouldn’t be reimbursed again because “it’s our fault” and we don’t have renters insurance (also checked and renters insurance doesn’t cover literal mold) Whatever you do don’t rent from here. It’s cheap yes but you’ll pay for it later on. (Quite literally when they decided they’d charge us $500 for a stain in the carpet. Which only half of our security deposit covered. Thanks so much for that) There are so many better options with better management. I hope whoever reads this please hears my warning because I once thought this place could be great about turned out it was a living nightmare for me."
