"I've lived in Goshen Manor for a year and half and enjoyed living there! This is an affordable apartment with nice responsive management. Some reviews mention noise issues. While I did notice that I could hear sound coming from my neighbors, it wasn't much of a problem to me. The walls are thin for those who are sensitive. The only noise issue I had was with the delivery trucks to ShopRite. When they arrive in early morning, it was really loud. Applies to the building next to ShopRite.Coin laundry was definitely a hassle but I knew about it signing the lease. So it just depends on what your expectations are. Management was always nice in replying to my emails and had a very pleasant experience when it was time to end my lease. Lauren was very helpful and kind."
"I have lived here at Goshen Manor since January (8 months). I must say, the ladies in the office are great. Maintenance arrives quickly, are knowledgeable and courteous. The apartment itself is nice, spacious and quiet. My unit was newly refurbished, nice floors, new kitchen and bathroom with beautiful granite countertops. Lovely fixtures. I had read reviews about hearing neighbors and everything they do, but I have not experienced that. My unit faces the back of the building facing the woods, which is so nice. Lovely views and so peaceful. My neighbors are very nice. The location is super convenient, shopping center right next door, with Rt 202, Paoli Pike and Boot Rd so close, yet I look out the windows and all I see are trees and nature. Awesome location. I also have a washer and dryer in the unit which is amazing. So far I love living here."
