P L Physicians Pediatrics, located at 20 Plantation Drive in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is a trusted health institution specializing in pediatric care. To obtain a copy or transfer the records to another pediatrician, an authorization form must be completed and returned to the practice. There is a $10.00 fee for copying or transferring each record, unless transferring to Dr. Mancini's practice. The completed form can be returned to PL Physicians at 4550 Empire Court in Fredericksburg before July 15, 2023.
