"New heights as a business, I’m giving one star. Over the course of 5+ years I have been with Dr. McCray, I have had so much trouble getting into her office. When my children are sick I call to schedule and nothing is ever available, EVER. I have to wait to get an appointment. When I attempted to get appt her staff stated “you should’ve called in the morning” child, it was 911am???????…Her front office staff Is rude and unprofessional. When a mother is feeling hopeless in the situation , I don’t feel I should ever feel like I’m being laughed at because I can’t get in with the pediatrician I’ve been for years & trusted. Now they’re making me create an account to get my records-the runaround. Not only is my child sick but now I have to go through hoops. customer service should always be a first priority to your patience and today I definitely did not feel that way. If you ever decide to go to her Dr McCray is wonderful when you are actually able to see her, staff needs work and employee retention really does lack. There’s someone different there quarterly for the course of our time there."

"I can't say enough good things about Dr.McCray. She has helped my children tremendously. She's always patient and takes the time to ask thorough questions and never feels rushed, and we never have to wait around too long for her either. (I don't know what that one 1 star review was talking about.) Even when I come in with one child she always takes a moment to ask how the other is doing."

"I am giving this practice one star only because you obviously have to give them something to write a review. I have NEVER in my life experienced unprofessionalism as i did today. Took the doctor forever to even come into the room to begin with she wasn't in there long before sending my son into the restroom for a urine sample and once we came back into the room she was gone and already onto the next patient without saying another word to me.. Never once did she explain to me what she thought was wrong with my son. What if i still had questions?!?! Which i did!! Not only that but the receptionist has the nastiest attitude every single time i go in there. My son had been nonstop vomitting so when i asked about his medication the nurse or receptionist knew nothing about it and told me that the prescription was already sent to the pharmacy which is was not. I do believe she only told me that to get me to leave. Worst experience of my life dealing with a pediatricians office and they are lucky i do not report this entire situation to the medical board. I do not recommend this office to anyone!!!"

"Dr. McCray at New Heights has seen my children for almost 10 years. We've had to change pediatricians once or twice due to insurance and medical facility changes, however, hands down, the best pediatrician of any my children have seen. Pros: Personable Doctor. She listens, talks to your children with respect and relates to them, no matter the age. She genuinely cares and treats patients like family. Her non-bias approach and knowledge is notable. Dr. McCray will make time to help in any way she can. She'll stay late, call you at home or have a real conversation when it's needed. Doctors like her don't exist anymore. I have 100% confidence in Dr. McCray. Thank you for coming back to King George! Although, I would follow Dr. McCray anywhere! Cons: None. Seriously."
