"Called this dealer on friday and expressed interest in 2 trucks on his lot. Never returned my call. Stopped back by on Monday and he shut door in my face and walked out, got in his vehicle and left. Not sure why he has a business if he is that rude and uninterested in selling. Will not return or recommend to anyone."

"I bought a car from this dealership and the sale went fine. The thermostat needed replacing and the owner couldn't do it. He didn't know where it was on the engine/radiator hoses. We agreed that I'd drive the car home, get the thermostat replaced and if I send him the receipts, he'd refund me the money. I mailed him all the receipts and he never contacted me or sent me the $33. So don't trust him for any after purchase service. Additional Info: In March 2017 I called Shoreline Auto Sales to see if the owner/salesman would honor his previous agreement to reimbursement the money. He answered the phone and when I identified myself he became irate and said he's never had any problem with any of his other sales. He never answered me if he got my packet of info regarding the thermostat replacement. He then said he wasn't computer savvy and didn't know how to find me. But of course he had to have a record of me because he sold me a car! Come on dude really! He ultimately refused to admit responsibility concerning the agreement and was angry about the negative review. Then he hung up...That alone says it all. It's a sad commentary when integrity and responsibility are inconvenient. If I could I'd take this rating down to one star...."
