"Poor customer service! I was calling about a delivery that was supposed to be today 9/12 on a semi. Unfortunately, where we are located, a semi couldn't fit so I called them this morning to see if we could get it changed or if we could get it picked up. The woman was very rude to me and copped an attitude when I asked her if we could change the delivery or could pick it up. She did let me know that it was going to be on a smaller truck, so I said that was no problem and everything was okay, and that it could be delivered since the truck was smaller. I thanked her and then as I was telling her to have a good day, the woman just hung up on me. Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Do better XPO Logistics! That was uncalled for and I hope she has the day she deserves!"

"Hands down the worst experience with shipping to date. My package was completely smashed and destroyed, which forced me too credit the customer a brand new item. After 90+ days of them reviewing my insurance claim it was denied saying that the package ultimately was delivered. I collectively lost over 3k because of this. As a small business owner it was pretty devastating. I have an active business that spends over 10K a year in shipping and they did nothing to make it right and protect me as a customer."

"Decent customer service. Way better than UPS or FedEx. The delivery drivers were supposed to call thirty minutes before their delivery but wound up calling me when they were there. That’s the only reason for four out five stars."

"Had an automotive lift delivered. They had to cancel a day due to a bad lift gate. I rescheduled it. Nice people. Betsy couldn’t have been any nicer. The driver was great too."
