"Every other day cops are called for something. It feels like we live in public housing, not $2,000.00 and up rentals. Rent goes up hundreds each year for no reason. This neighborhood and homes aren’t worth it; no peace & no upgrades. Homes are beyond basic; mice are frequent guests in the majority of homes. There’s also an HOA here that always bothers and blames tenants/owners for things. Always something is going on at this place."

"You are responsible for everything. They keep increasing by hundreds. The homes are okay, the maintenance man is good at what he does but no amenities, not a lot of space and the area has declined over the many years."

"Do not move here. They have been driving the prices up to try to get "certain" people out of the properties. I was hoping to move here in the near future because a coworker lives here. They have raised their rent twice within the last year by a few hundred dollars, and recently sent them a letter saying they are "worried" my friend won't be able to afford the rent and should think of finding a new place because they have a waiting list of people who can afford the new price now. I dont know how they came to the conclusion that my co worker could not afford the new price. And after My coworker spoke to a few neighbors, they noticed that only "certain" neighbors got this "worry" letter. BEWARE!!!!"

"The landlord goes up on rent by hundreds each year and says it’s because there’s others willing to pay. I feel they are targeting African Americans. A 3-5% increase is industry standard. A 10+% is robbery and greed! Don’t let me get started on the RUDE emails sent out."

"I've been a resident in Hanover Homes for 4 years now. My unit was a newly built one and since I've been living there, I have yet to encounter any problems. The owner is very understanding as well as the other direct staff. Any questions or concerns that I may have had; I would email (or walk over) and the property manager has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. I love the area, I have no complaints and I plan to stay there. Thanks for all you do!"
