"I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The owner Dimitri was supposed to repair my railing and install 2 wall shelves. He didn’t repair the railing properly as you see with rotted wood exposed. And claimed he didn’t have the proper brackets to do the shelves that day (8/8/20) and would be back on 8/9/20 to finish the job, but YET, expected and demanded full payment for the entire job that was not competed on 8/8/20. Because he said the shelves would only take 5 minutes and he’s come first thing in the morning on 8/9/20 him, and I paid him because I trusted he would finish the job. Well he never finished the job on 8/9/20 and he kept ignoring my calls and texts. Then I called from a different number and he answered on 8/10/20 and said he’s come to finish at 6:30 pm. He was a *NO SHOW* again and has not answered any calls or texts since then. Hopefully I can get my money back from my bank. Beware of Dimitri and this company. They are scam artists who will not finish your job but keep your money."

"Lafayette Hill Handyman services sent Up2You Handyman Marco Brandao to fix stair balusters and a handrail according to code. The handyman charged almost $1,000 for the job. The work was sloppy and not to code. He didn't even clean up after himself. After failed attempts to have Marco fix it, I called Lafayette Hill seeking a resolution. I called 8 times and each time, the operator said they would have the manager call me. When I asked for the manager's number, they would not give it to me. Needless to say, after 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for their call. DO NOT USE Lafayette Hill Handyman or Up2You Handyman! See the attached pictures and zoom in. I do not believe either business is legit."
