"Renting at Cityplace since 2 years now- Great apartments to stay at :) the game room, gym, courtyard and access to rooftop at the gallery; all of the amenities are good. Highly Appreciate that the maintainence crew is super quick, kind and professional while they take care of mild issues, if any! Lots of fun stuff planned for residents throughout the year. "Lived in the south building for a year. Apartment itself was very nice, never had a major issue aside from a sewer line breaking in my storage area, and anything needed repaired was done so immediately by the best maintenance staff. Let me be clear that maintenance gets 5 stars they’re amazing. Common areas usually smelled of animal urine/wet dog. The mail room has packages all over the place when there are supposedly lockers to use. Personal mail is on counters. I have literally never once been able to simply call the leasing team and have an answer on the first time. Most times you have to email as they don’t get back to you. The leasing team violated renter rights and the lease agreement. Moved out at the end of July. Tell me why it took until October to receive my security deposit? My time living there was okay, and I had a nice apartment- I’ll give that to them. But the disrespect I received when I was no longer a tenant is the issue I have with this complex/management company. To Clarify: the check was cut after the legal 30 day timeframe. My new address, which was confirmed at the time of discussion of the amount I was receiving (on day 30 btw), was not on the newly cut check which leads me to believe they didn’t even mail to the proper address originally, if at all. It took me driving to the leasing office and waiting in the lobby to even get a confirmed timeframe, and the check was still not available, thus a second drive to Allentown. Don’t let this response fool you, this situation was more than simply a lost check in the mail. They are lucky I didn’t pursue legal action. Management was called only during business hours at minimum 15-20 times and I never received a human at the end of the line, for clarification. Thanks for the response city place."

"On September 13th, the management of CityPlace threw the Best Residential Social Hour. The Hosts, Sabrina, Hailey, Katie and Tara were outstanding in socializing and making sure everyone one was enjoying themselves! These women take Pride and Initiative in all the Events they host ie: Crowd participation, serving, and Networking!! I have been here for 3 years and I will be here for the duration. I am Proud to be an Ambassador for City Place where they have an amazing management team!!!!! Go City Place We Rock!!!!"

"I love living at Cityplace! I enjoy Allentown and the "small big city" vibe it offers. My neighbors have been great and I've met many amazing people from the community of buildings. From my experience the leasing office and maintenance staff have been easy to work with and extremely friendly. The few issues that I did have like leaking windows and a leaking water hose were fixed promptly. I would give 5 star but I was taken back by the rent increase this past year and as someone else mentioned some of the common areas can become dirty, and they definitely need attention more frequently. Overall, I would recommend Cityplace to anyone, I've found it to be a wonderful place to live!"
