"I have now been a resident at Woodmont Valley for 5 months after downsizing from a large home. My experience overall has been positive. To note, the leasing office and property manager have been very prompt to address any concerns, the maintenance team is fantastic (shout out to Clark), the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are nicely kept. I was able to enjoy the pool in the summer and the clubhouse has a lot of amenities to enjoy."

"Stayed here for a year, terrible experience. Loud train sound every few mins, lost my good sleep habit. I work from home, the loud noise is very distracting when I am in a meeting. Top of that, the resident above me had heavy foot steps. I could hear loud sound and I felt literally the ceiling would fall off that's how loud the noise is most of the time at 3:30 or 4:30 in the morning. I believe she also works from home as I see her and her car parked most of the time. If she was going to work that would have been understandable. Notified lease office, nothing has been done. Also, this advice is for future residents. Make sure you are clear how the security deposit will be returned. I was told from day 1 if there are no damages then I'll get the full amount back. Guess what, that's wasn't the case. I left the place clean and no damages but they took out almost $150 for utility bills for the month that I left. Even when I was there I didn't pay that much. It's just they need to make money off of something. Their internal system is not easy to understand either. Wrong amount goes to the wrong bucket and when you question they will correct that. Asked the property manager (Rebecca) to give me a call to explain this and never heard back. It's not worth to live here compared to the amount of rent you pay here."
