"This is a great place to live, very spacious, quiet, convenient to get to other places like banks, strip malls, etc. The staff goes out of there way to help the residents & they go above & beyond every time. They couldn't be better. The other residents are very nice,quiet, help each other out. The staff is excellent. You don't live in a box. Its pet friendly -- my kitty kids love it with thegeese,squirrels, birds, etc. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else & it's very safe too. I personally would like to see a pool table in the Club House & I do enjoy the events that they have here but it would be great if they had more of them even if it was ince a week like they do @ 55+ communities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It's the best decision I ever made."

"The grounds are well maintained. The maintenance guys are good at fixing things inside the apartments and anything that have to be replaced washer, dishwasher and refrigerator and a new air conditioner and heating system. The setting is fabulous. I have been here more than 5 years."
