"Service is horrible the fight for everything they are cheap as hell I have only been here for a month paying 1485 and they want to control everything you do in your apartment. They say all services are included but they literally control everything including thermostats plus the property manager will never negotiate with you she will flat say no to everything worst decision moving here DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"This is a great place! Community is pleasant and calm. Apartments are big and spacious. Very clean when we moved in. Maintenance is on point. And the staff is super friendly. I have had no issues. The only bad things I have to say is that you do kind of hear the neighbors shower when they turn it on. And the floors are a little bit on the thinner side and not so solid. Might be a little unpleasant if your down stairs and you have heavy step people or children upstairs. And walls are not too thin. If your completely in silence you can hear you neighbors if their loud. Otherwise it’ll be nice and quite."
