Please send me a copy of any agreement I’ve signed with your office that states “ if a patient who holds Medicaid insurance has 4missed ( well visits) the office has the right to dismiss the patient from the practice”. And if that’s a policy because you “ can’t charge” Medicaid patients for missed appointment, please do us all a favor and stop accepting Medicaid Insurance. Please email me a copy of any said agreement stating your dismissal of Medicaid patients due to missed appointments. Best Regards"

"My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Eisenbrey since she was little. Dr. Eisenbrey has since merged with Dr. Tollese Bankett office. I haven’t had any issue till now. I wasn’t made aware of any office policy regarding Medicaid and missed appointment, till I had the pleasure of calling to cancel my daughter appt due to insurance. I was told this would be considered a “ no call no show “ and because I have Medicaid and my daughter will no longer be seen by Dr. Eisenbrey. So not only am I being discriminated against because of my insurance, but I was never made aware of any appointment policy regarding missed appointments. This is very disheartening knowing my daughter has been with Dr. Eisenbrey since she was little. And because I was never made aware of any such policy. I’ve filed a complaint with my insurance company. Dr. Eisenbrey will be missed, sorry you had to lose a long standing patient due to Dr. Bankette office policy."

"I have used Dr. Bankett for all five of my children since they were born. My oldest is now 16 and feels comfortable enough to call her family. She is very helpful, and patient. I have had no major issues with the office since I have been going there and any small ones were easily handled. I would send anyone to her with confidence in her ability to take care of them. I don't look forward to the day that I have to move on from her."
