"The front desk staffs are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Trent is not patient and has bad manners when interacting with me and my wife. She does not go into detail to help our children. I don't know why she is always in a hurry while her job is to make sure her patients receive the best care. Dr. Trent was recommended to me by my friends but I can't stand her anymore. We must change to another pediatrian."

"If having to describe the level of dissatisfaction with Dr.Trent. I would say that I would rather have root canals done without local anesthesia. She is very short with how she talks to you. Then she will belittle you for taking you baby to the ER when you are worried about them and their health. She tells you to call the office after hours number and she would hear the message and get back to you as soon as possible. Well I guess in her mind as soon as possible would be never. I left a voicemail two weeks ago and had to call the office a few days later to schedule an appointment with her to do a follow up. Then was disrespected by her horrible office staff. The front desk is about as useful as a hemorrhoid. If you take anything from this review you have a better chance at getting a medical degree than receiving professional and respectful service from her or her team. So if you decide to go to her then I wish you luck because you will need it."

"Called Dr.Trent several times outside of business hours when my baby had a fever. She responds so quickly! Will not resort to medication immediately, she is honest and caring. She kept telling me to call whenever I needed her or felt worried."

"I left AAA Pediatrics because they continually overbook and understaff. The doctor was great, his staff was not. With that in mind, I came to Dr. Trent’s hoping it would not be the same case here. It absolutely is. The doctor is fine, her staff not so much. They billed my insurance wrong and now my son can’t get his 3-year checkup until September. He turned 3 in January. More than that, the office manager is rude. She kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me talk, and just kept saying what do you want me to do? Well, maybe not be rude, and secondly, your job."
