"They never answer the phone and their schedule for the hours of the week always changes. I have been bringing my kids here since they were little but I have had it with their costumer service and not being able to get In contact with anyone regarding my kids health questions or just to schedule an appointment is a hassle. We will no longer be coming back and are currently looking for a new doctors office. The doctor Sunday Uchella is very nice but the way the office gets ran is not organized at all."

"No responce at all. When ever i call no one pick the call and doctor always unavailable i need to bring my child to urgent care twice because of his unavailablity. I will not recommend him all. Very poor service."

"If I could give no stars, I would! Very bad customer service, front desk is not friendly, they don’t smile. When I ask questions, it seems to bother the staff, it’s like they’re annoyed. My family has been going to this doctor’s office for years but over the time, staff has changed. I am definitely changing doctors."
