"DFM has a seamless process of leasing and moving in to my unit on linden street. This is the second apartment that I have rented from them and it is truly a pleasure working with the company. Very responsive and highly recommended."
"If I could review this company for no stars, I would. I rented with them for a year, and it was the worst first experience for renting an apartment I could have ever asked for. The landlord, Nicole, is horrible at time management, and will refuse to help if you text her instead of email about an immediate issue. The apartment also looked awful when me and my roommates moved in, but we cleaned the place up and made it look like a home. At the end of the lease $200 was taken out because the place "didn't look the same as it did when we moved in". Not to mention, in the beginning there was a leak in the basement, and the water for the toilet was continuously running. We made multiple complaints to the landlord about it, and it made our water bill skyrocket, which we ended up having to pay because of them not fixing it properly when we kept complaining that it was still running. The landlord also tried making us give keys to our bedrooms, which we all found a major invasion of privacy, so after a while she did drop the topic. All I can say is that if you have to choose between commuting, sleeping on a friends couch, or signing a lease with DFM, pick anything but DFM. It will be an awful mistake, and a complete waste of money."
