The Fairways Apartments and Townhomes

"We have lived in our 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years now. Every year, they keep upping the rent. We gave them a list of things that needed to be updated in our apartment. They have not been done these yet. And would where told in November 2023 they would fix. It's now February 2nd, 2024 The laminate floor in the kitchen is coming up. We were posted to get new shower heads in the main bathroom. But the main issue right now.... Huge issue with ants in the main bathroom. The ant traps that gave us are not doing a damn thing! They are coming up drain of the shower and bathtub wall. I've seen them crawling on the sink. On the toilet and even our bed. We need already a good exterminator. We like living here, but we believe we should get some respect."

"We have lived in our 2 bedroom apartment for almost 2 years. It's hard to get anything correctly fixed in our apartment. The carpet is old and doesn't come clean. The property management says it's our dogs but the carpet was installed back in 2019. And it was dirty when we moved in. We are great tenants. We pay our $ 1,750.00 rent on time every month ,and it's pulling teeth to get a hole in the ceiling fixed. They up our rent $120 last year. We like living here but we believe we should get some respect. Update!! They just replaced the carpet in our living room and steps. Look at the difference!! And the ceiling was fixed"

We moved in January, it was cold and just plain winter, so impressed with the landscaping and the beautiful trees that I'm seeing now that its spring."
