"My Sister and Brother-in-law have been living here for several years and they have a wonderful group of neighbors and friends. It is always clean and I enjoy the place so much, that I am moving to Moosic Heights from South Carolina end of May/Early June of 23'. The process so far has been a terrific experience especially working with Jackie in the office, who has been so very kind and patient while working with me and my poor memory. I look forward being a part of this community and adding some southern hospitality to the community."

"Awful place. Went to visit friends, music playing from trailers so loud you can hear it in inside thier home. Drugs are also going in & out of the place. If you have children I advise seeking another location. Not going back even to visit, I can't imagine why anyone would pay thier outrageous prices to stay in this God forsaken place."

"This is a very nice community. Clean and quiet. We have been here 4 years. We enjoy gardening and landscaping on this decent size lot. There is a very nice park and basketball court. We feel very safe and everyone waves as you drive by. I like the location just off of I-81 between Scranton and Wilkes Barre. Everything is easy to get to. It is much better to live here than some half double on a crowded street in Scranton or Wilkes Barre."
