I lived there 3 yrs and got to know Elle, Eddie and the rest of the maintenance team. Property manager has answered and assisted outside office hrs and maintenance has always been done within the week of being notified...super quiet area, nice neighbors, only reason i left is because of my line of work."

"I've been here over 5 years. Never had roaches, maintanace responds quickly, they maintain the property well. The laundry rooms are clean and sufficient no issues with heat either. The management team is always willing to help out whenenver possible. I look forward to coming home every day. Thanks!"

"My apartment is cozy and beautiful because I made it beautiful besides that I can not wait till my lease is up in July. I pay $919 dollars and half the time I do not have heat. Half of my Raditors do not work. I've Called management about 7 times since it started getting cold and all they can do is take the air out the radiators when that is not the problem. Even when they do that my apartment is freezing. I hare a baby so I had to shop for a heater and praying my light bill does not come out high. Besides heat, I had a huge hole under my sink which means I had mice running under the sink so I had to call management about that. I'm very unhappy here for the price that I pay."

Our apartment was clean and had new appliances when we moved In and it's a cozy 2 bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. We smell no mold. It's a cat friendly apartment complex. However if you want a dog you need double security deposit. Only down side. Cozy and ALWAYS warm"

Was clean and management worked with you if I ever needed anything the maintenance men were on top of it you gotta remember they have a lot to do so it might take a day or 2 plus I had wonderful neighbors and it is a shame that Eleanor wasn't there as long as I was cause I would of liked to get to know her better. The people who say the apartments are filthy and no one corporates with you are the people who make the places dirty bring bugs and it is what you make it I miss all the people I got to know there. Eleanor is a wonderful manager and person she works for the people who live there if you have a problem she will listen and the maintenance guys Todd, Bill , and Tim help you and do there jobs well so I would recommend autumn park apartments as a place to live thank you for everything signed Diane Smith"
