"The community is very nice, they have bingo and other programs for the residents. Only 1 elevator works at a time but thats fine. I been living here for about 7 years"

"I use to live there for 2 years. The heat don't work in winter , I was with no a/c for almost 5 month wen the weather was crazy hot. They did it return my deposit wen the place was not even trash. Elevator broke! Doors open ! People that don't even live there keep coming in and out ! Yea the manager it's nice and help wen you don't pay at the moment! But even so the place doesn't worth the pay ! I got more to say ? Yea I do..."
"Awful! Broken toilet and took them more than two months to fix it. $55 bucks for underground parking in which there's no security at all, anyone can walk in and out as they please! Broken elevators at least once a month. It's not worth the pain!"
"The rental agent is very responsible respectful and does her best to get whatever needs to be done in the building. She goes out of her way to see that your satisfied."
