"Renter beware!!! I recently moved out of this place about 2 months ago. Overall this my experience wasn't good!!! First off this place isn't as nice as they portray in the online pictures. Not even close. Some of my neighbors were very questionable characters. They charge high prices for below average apartments. I rented an apartment with a washer and dryer and within the first month my dryer broke. It took them 5 months to fix it. After complaining and complaining. I was told by Heather the manager be thankful they are even fixing it. Very unprofessional. Also we lost hot water at least 5 times in the year I lived there. Sometimes for over a week. I would stay clear of this place if u have any decent standards."

"Wonderful place to live. Everybody within the complex is super friendly. The lawn care is always kept nice and the pool is beautiful. There is a decent gym as well. Property manager, Heather, and the entire staff are fantastic."

"Overall clean apartment, always paid rent on time, easy to use online platform, Heather was always nice. There is a really bad cigarette smell in the building I was in and some people do smoke in their apartments, so if you're sensitive to that, be aware. Family friendly place, great to walk pets, all appliances work. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to us when we put in the online request. The rent was reasonable for a 2BR at ~$1300/month, but it isn't worth more than that do to space and other factors. Community events that were advertised did not occur (thanks COVID). The gym advertised also mostly has broken equipment-one treadmill works but don't cancel your Y membership to work out here. The river walking trail is 10 seconds away though, which is convenient for biking, walking, and running. Expected more when we moved in a year ago, but it wasn't bad."

"Great place to live. The manager Heather is amazing and addresses issues in a timely manner she goes above and beyond to help the residents. Now let me tell you about our maintenance staff. They are wonderful,they do the best they can. We are in a pandemic and they show up and they are short staffed often. So it may take a little longer to get a light bulb changed or non emergency work done but they still get to it quickly. I wouldn't want to live in any other community."
