"If I could give the place a negative 5 stars I absolutely would DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this dealer as I am in the process of trying to report them now I bought a bmw 5 series from this dealer back in November of 2022. Let's just say that I no longer have this car I've put $10,000 into that car nomore than 6 months of having it in order to pass my inspection I had to pay $3,000 I should've know. Right there. As soon as I pulled it off the lot $200 for an oil change same days low engine oil light came on every week. Finally took it to a very honest and very reputable mechanic whom works in foreign cars and said to me "YOU NEED TO GET RID OF THIS CAR THE ENGINE IS GOING TO DIE ON YOU SOON AND YOU DO NOT WANT THOSE KIND OF PROBLEMS" I paid $18,000 for this please listen to the reviewer who called these people lemon law scam artist because they are just that!!!! BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR HERE TAKE IT TO GET AN INSPECTION BEFORE YOU BUY AND CHECK THE HISTORY!!"

"It's been a few months since I bought this 2013 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn with the 5.7L HEMI V8... I bought it from Crown Automotive as a one-owner, zero-accident vehicle. It was clean as a whistle inside and out (and underneath too!). Pulls hard in every gear, shifts great. 4x4 works great, but with the Rear Mechanical LSD I haven't actually needed the 4x4. The 4th gen RAM chassis handles and stops like an SUV on pavement, but still does truck stuff, the way a truck should, off the pavement or when towing & hauling. The previous owner fitted a Cobra Cat-Back exhaust and it sounds mean. I get compliments on my new (to me) truck all the time. They handled the plates and the title on-site. I left with metal license plates on my truck, and the title arrived in the mail. Thank you Crown Automotive for a great deal on a great vehicle!"

"My and husband and I bought a vehicle from them and the day we drove it off the lot the the ABS light, the tire light and the check engine light all came on. We got a warranty with it so we called the warranty place and they will not cover anything to get all this fixed!! I have called and spoke with Larry and my husband has called and spoke with him as well and he has told us both he would call us back give him some time to figure something out…. Guess what no call back and he have already so far shelled out $1500.00 in repairs!! Very disappointed with this dealership to say the least!! Hard to find honest people these days all they want is the money!"

"dont ever buy a car from this dealer. They are scam artist. I bought a vehicle from them for my daughter and I even had it checked to make sure nothing was leaking, well what I should have done was done a pressue check on it as I should have known it was too good to be true as clean as it looked. Not even 3 weeks in and the car broke down on my daughter who is brand new to driving to find out the engine is no good and this has been an issue that did not just happen this is a problem that has been going on for a long time and they knew it. Then you try to get them to do the right thing and help with the cost and they refuse to help and think they know everything. I really feel bad for anyone to buy a vehicle from this place and I really hope the county shuts them down for basically stealing money from people especially in this time of need. These people should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people!"
