"Paid extra for 2nd day shipping on Thursday, it is now Tuesday and still no package. Needed this delivery for a job on Monday. Fed Ex is the worst shipper and there packages never arrive on time, but they have no problem taking extra money for an express shipment. Cherry on top is you cant even get a hold of anybody on the phone. Automated service only gives you updates then hangs up on you. Will pay extra now on to never use fed ex again. It is actively hurting our business and operations. unbelievable excuse for a "business""

"Can not read instructions, ask to open door and put on porch, even have sign on door that states this and they still set it on the steps in front of the door!!! Does not matter what the weather is like. Then I have to go out the back door and around front to get it because I can’t open the front porch door I hate when I see they gave the package to FEDEX. Very poor company!"

"the level of incompetence compared to their competitors is astounding. they can not follow simple instructions such as place on back porch so the package does not get rained on or even deliver on anything approaching on time my current package has sat on delivery truck for 3 days and its still not here customer support is a joke you get a offshore call center where all the indian guy who can barely speak english can tell you is the same thing the app tells me and can do absolutely nothing to resolve problem managed to find number to local hub and was told it would be there next day woke up next day and app updated to say it would be there in two more days....fedex has cost several companies my business because once i learn they ship with fedex i never order from them again such as walmart and target"

"I have to edit my review. The package was found on a different street than the one that I live on. The only similarity is that they are both tree streets. The person that lived there brought me my package yesterday, after they returned from a trip. I greatly appreciate their honesty. Unfortunately I do not even know their name. I am still very disappointed with FedEx. My package was delivered to a different street and different address number. I even called the number for the facility in Franklin, PA and ended up speaking to someone from another country, imagine that. My issue was supposed to have been escalated at that time and I have yet to hear from FedEx, again, imagine that. Said that they delivered the package at my door. A total fabrication, I was sitting less than six feet from the door the entire morning. I attempted to call the local ground office, surprise I ended up speaking to someone from another country. Imagine that right, this individual is clearly more courteous than the driver that lied about making the delivery. Oh wait holiday weekend, it is okay to lie. Maybe this is just company policy, and the driver did not lie. Maybe it was just an attemp to impress the company that they were shipping the goods for. "Look how quickly we delivery the item". I am going to call the company that I had placed the order with and recommend they use UPS."
