"When I arrived to the drive thru i ordered two sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and ended up with bacon egg and cheese McGriddle I returned to the store at 10:37 after realizing the mistake at and the manager was very rude and un accommodating I asked if she could remake my sandwich’s the correct way and expressed that since it was after breakfast she couldn’t and when I asked for a refund she was very rude about it. She also wasn’t accommodating to the other customers asking for a refund because of his wait time , who ever the breakfast made today 12/21 needs to reevaluate her customer service skills ."

"Swung by McDonald's to satisfy a late night craving. I decided to go inside instead of the drive through. I ordered on the kiosk, my cheeseburgers and fries were delivered to me quickly, with a smile and cooked to perfection."

"The order was placed and i waited for almost 10 minutes the guy who was taking the orders in drive thru told me to wait then i drove to 2nd window to pick up he replied let me go to register and print your order receipt. He came and said I apologize we dont have the ice cream as we are closing in 15 minutes. He was giving me a hard time for no reason and he charged me for the order but never gave me the order. He was not respectful and has bad attitude. This store and that shift member was not professional at all. I called and spoke with a lady after i got charged and she said the guy has given your order which not true and she was insisting no he give your ordered. I have received an email with the receipt Check-In NT78-2543774 11/15/2023 10:19:21 PM they charged me for nothing. This guy was a lier and scammer."

"I guess this place is Mexican own and they don't know what they're doing at all. They got orders wrong and didn't care that they did. I was up there waiting for a min and then when a Mexican people came up she stop what she was doing pass by me and went straight to them, very poor service and customer service. The place wasn't cleaned either the manager was in the lobby busy talking to someone and the lady she was talking to the kids was bad and wasting stuff and the floor oh the floor was very sticky and they didn't even believe in cleaning mopping or sweeping at all. They need an expection because of the front looks nasty like that I know the back got to be worse!"

"I ordered fries at 11 AM. That’s when lunch starts. They were not fresh they were cold and old. There’s no excuse for that. I ordered a big Mac with no pickles of course I got pickles. I try not to judge a place by first time experience, but I have been here 3 times and have been dissatisfied always with something."
