Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is the worst location for both online order and in person. The last time we ordered online they mixed up our order. Today we went in person and they were out of black beans, fresh salsa, corn and cheese!!. Why would you even serve!! Speaking of service very poor !"

"This is the closet chipotle to me and everytime I go, I have problems. This time it was the service and the good. The rice was clumpy and mushy. There was no fajita mix. Which happens all the time. I went at 730, you don't close until 10? Why are you out of fajitas. And nobody even gave a wait time for the fajitas. The chips were salty and the guacamole was all brown. I'm just disappointed and looking at the reviews I'm not the only one. I never have these problems at the location on state rd or the one on Baltimore pike. It's sad I have to drive further to get good food."

"The food is delicious when the food is done and we’ll stocked! I don’t like when you get the bottom of barrel food when it look like they don’t refill fast enough. I came around 1:35 pm I thought it will still be lunchtime and I want a bowl but they barely had anything in the pans. So I settle for a bag of chips and that 2 of they good guacamole."

"Literally the biggest joke ordering online from here. I opened my mobile order just to be sure my bowl was right and all I saw was one shred of meat. Asked the lady worker about it and not only did she first tell me that those are the normal proportions, but then tried to accuse me that I ate all the meat already. As if I didn’t just open my bowl right in front of them."

"I always love my Chipotle. I got a double chicken salad with fajita vegetables, 3 different kinds of salsa, cheese and romain lettuce. It was good but Chipotle, if you ever read this, PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICES! I spent over 20$ for a salad that wasn't all that big."
