"Driver of van 4 blew the red light at route 21 and rte 88 intersection in Carmichaels, Pa. Then as I followed to get license plate information I paced them at 70+mph in a 45mph zone while getting info . I know I was in the wrong for speeding, but empty or loaded a SCHOOL STUDENT van has no business driving like this. Happened at 615am today. February 26, 2019"
