"Horrendous admin and office management Unprofessional. On hold for 20 min then place back in cue only for the system to push you to the voice-mail. Good luck getting someone to answer. Paperwork you send in months before has to be resent on day of arrival. Staff interuppting Dr's during your visit asking for things. Front and back areas are overcrowded and just noisey. If you ever get somebody to make an appt God help you. It's a mess. Blood work and flushot given by 2 different staff . SOOO 2 separate days my kid is out of school. Backwards nonsense. Dr's are great but they are horrible with hiring"

"My grandson has been coming to the Largo office for 9 years. I have found this office to be very responsive to his needs. I have never had an issue with getting him an appointment. All requests for paperwork have been given in a timely manner. Also, the front office staff is kind and courteous. My grandson feels very comfortable going there for care. I have been there as recently as last week and have never had one issue with this office. His allergies were worst this year, and they got him on a regime and he is doing much better. I can only speak for my experiences, and I only have good things to say about Dr. Satuyi and her staff."

"I'm very disappointed in the decline of this practice. My child has been seeing Dr. Satuyi for 17 years and never have I experienced what I experienced recently. I began calling the office 9 business days ago only to inquire about how best to get my child's school forms to them. Each time I was left on hold for at least 15 minutes before I and finally got through yesterday. I ended up having to physically go into the office, where there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. Three other parents then showed up in person because of the same issue. One mother shared that her child lost their seat at a school because the office staff failed to complete the medical schools forms in time (after they had them for over a week). I literally watched all three of the front office "staff" ignore the phone lines and only one took calls at her convenience. They were all completely incompetent and while Dr. Satuyi is an excellent physician, what good is it if it take more more than a week just to reach someone in the office?!?!? I'm sad to say that I will be looking for another pediatrician ASAP. Bottom line, WE HAVE TO demand and do better.."

"Dr. Satuyi is by far the best pediatrician I have ever met. I have three children. I met Dr. Satuyi in the hospital after delivering my first child over 13 years ago. All 3 of my children started seeing Dr. Satuyi from birth; however, once we moved farther north, for a four-year period we experienced other pediatricians. These pediatricians provided sufficient care but in many ways their service could not compare to the service we received from Dr. Satuyi. We were so elated to learn that Dr. Satuyi was opening an office in the Columbia area. We could not wait to re-establish care with her. I trust her fully, not only do I trust her abilities as a doctor but I trust in genuine concern and care she has for her patients. Every time we work with her I know that she is caring for my child as if he were her own. This woman’s heart is in all that she does. She thoroughly answers all my questions and does whatever she can to provide a level of comfort. Her staff also are well-trained and kind. They represent her well. The offices are always clean and appealing to kids of all ages. She stays abreast of the latest recommendations and findings and is clearly educated on medical advancements. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Satuyi and how happy I am that she is here in the area."

"My family has been going here for 11 years now. My children are patient's of Dr. Satuyi and Nurse Practitioner Slade. The nurses and staff are great. They have expanded over the years, you are now able to have your labs done on site. AND they are open some Saturdays. Walkin/Emergency visits are never a problem, you come in as soon as they open, and wont ever have to wait long AT ALL."
