"Got the bed done on our 2020 F-150. Before scheduling our appointment Steve explained the process and gave us information about the 3 different options. After asking questions about our intended use of the truck and if we planned to install a bed cover, Steve gave us a honest suggestion. Upon arrival, the truck was thoroughly inspected and the entire process was explained in detail. I asked about the for the holes for the tie down brackets I was going to install, and was told if I already had them, he could install them after the process was complete. Line X process took about 2 1/2 hrs. Steve did a great job. Very friendly and professional. They followed all current “Social Distancing” requirements ie: masks, 1 customer in the office at a time, and sanitizing pens before/after use. Definitely recommend this shop."

"I was very happy with my recent experience with Steve. There is actually a LINEX service provider closer to my home but the reviews for Steves Business were too good not to take it an extra 30 minutes to his business. As advertised Steve was cordial and took extra time to determine my requirement and explained the difference between the services. He provided me availability of dates and we scheduled my 2017 Chevy SIlverado for the Premium Service. On the day of service i dropped off my pickup and he explained that he would apply the LINEX in the morning first thing and that i could expect the pickup to be ready around noon. He asked if i wanted the application applied over certain parts of the pickup and whether what to expect if I applied it over the rubber covers of the anchor areas around the bed of the pickup. i chose to have it applied over the covers as there were other anchors within the pickup. Steve also took the time to explain what he would do to the tail gate and specific part of the truck explaining he would disconnect the wiring for the camera on the tail gate. The end product was as promised and Steve's attention to detail was evident and greatly appreciated."
