"We love Dr. Nold. When you can get a teenage girl to laugh through a well visit, you are something special. Not only that, Dr. Nold asks her questions and really listens to her responses and responds in kind. Never just brushes her for off. He has been her doctor since the day she was born, and we would never consider anyone else."
"I love Bayside Peds. I usually see Beth Connelly for my daughter and she is thorough, kind, and encouraging as first-time parents. I have never had issues getting a sick appt. The last time I took my daughter to urgent care, a nurse even called to follow-up and see how my daughter was doing."
"Dr. Nold and the other providers at Bayside Pediatrics are wonderful. We are there often for wellness exams for our little ones and they’ve made every appointment smooth and easy. I appreciate how their services are so convenient for busy parents. We’ll be patients for a long time!!"
"We had some bad experiences with Casey McGinniss. She is the only person in the office who deals with ADHD. My boys have taken medication for it for over 5 years and we know what works for my sons and what doesn’t. But by principle she only prescribes very small dosages and only extended release, which is very impractical for us. For example on the weekends if the boys sleep in and maybe don’t even think about taking the meds until 3-4PM, they can’t take the immediate release one, instead they have to take the one that works for 8-10 hours and will mess up their sleep schedule. We made an appointment over a month ahead of time and emailed all the necessary paperwork over about an hour before the appointment - it was a 2 page questionnaire where the ADHD score takes literally less than 10 seconds to add up. She said she wasn’t going to have enough time to look it over and cancelled our appointment. With the other son we had to make a follow up appt with her in 4 weeks, but she didn’t have a single time slot available until 7 weeks later. My son can’t go without his medication for 3 weeks out of nowhere! Anyway, we switched to Annapolis Pediatrics and couldn’t be happier there. Both kids had their appointments today and they were so impressed with their doctors, and it was a great experience for the parents as well. We felt valued and helped, didn’t have to fight tooth to nail for our children’s well-being."
"My sons have been on their ADHD meds for years. We switched over tO Bayside and initially we’re happy, but our nurse Laura (who was really nice) left and we had some bad experiences with Casey McGinnis. She is the only person there who deals with adhd medications, and these appointments were months away and no solution offered. These months have been pure hell. My son absent mindedly almost walked into traffic. Their rooms are now a mess, they can’t do well in school anymore, they have lost friends and them losing so many items has costs me thousands of dollars so far. I think it’s irresponsible to leave a family hanging like this for months on end just because their own staff changed. How do they refuse to even write the same prescription they have always received while we wait for the appointment for months? My 13-year old son who has inattentive ADD could have died by now because he didn’t notice the traffic."
