"We started using Worldwide Express for shipping our products all over the country. We used their software on the computer and got quotes. Every time we got the invoice in the mail, the invoice was around $100 more. This happened 4 times. We called the company and it turns out that there are hidden charges that are not on the software quote. I hope they enjoy the $400 because they lost a $30,000 account ! We are done with them."
