"Just so you know, they have closed their practice without letting anybody know. My grandfather went to him, they cancelled his cardio appointment, told him to reschedule. When he went to reschedule, they were closed with no warning. My little sister went to the wife, in the same location (just found that out today) and the answering machine says that they are closed and that you can leave a message to get your medical records. Very unprofessional and very disappointing because Dr Savita was very nice, bad receptionists here, but a very nice doctor. Him on the other hand, idk."
"I was surprised to read negative reviews on Google and I felt compelled to write my own. I love Savita; my son has been seeing her for 3 years, after a less than desirable experience at a different pediatric office. She is pleasant, gentle, doesn't push the flu shot. I see Kerri Jones in her office as well-she is so lovely. I've never had any issues with the office staff!"
"Completely unprofessional staff. Only gave one star as zero wasn't an option. Their administrative staff is rude, they refuse to give me my son's medical records stating it will take two weeks, then Holly had the audacity to say "he must not be that important because I've worked here 15 years and I don't know your son". I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General regarding their refusal to release my son's medical records to me."
