"The only reason I took my review down is because of Stephanie. She’s beyond friendly kind and her customer service is outstanding. She’s cut from a different cloth going above and beyond she’s the reason many come back period. Sheetz is blessed to have someone like her . Now the other guy can’t think of his name is not so pleasing."
"I have been coming into this sheetz on a regular basis, ordering a bagel with cream cheese, and I even talked with the person making it and she said she put the cream cheese on it. It was just a smear of cream cheese. I have the picture of it. I am so disappointed, I am a truck driver, and I don't have a lot of time to play around, but to constantly have this happen. You would think the person would know how to make a bagle with cream cheese."
"My review was deleted, so I'm adding it again. Shame in Sheet for how the failed to handle the $1.77 sale on July 4th. There was no direction from any employee until the lot was in chaos and then the employee that did come outside was screaming and yelling at customers. That's not how you do business. Shame on you."
"So I order food infrequently from this location. Sometimes I get it quick as lightening. Other times I have to wait a little. Okay, that’s fine, I understand busy times versus slow times. One thing I don’t understand though is having untrained workers make the espresso drinks. Or any of the coffee drinks at all. Yes, I understand this is a gas station and not a coffee shop, but still. If you’re going to serve coffee then at least have only trained associates work the coffee side of it. I’ve received extremely burnt milk before. I’ve received drinks that were only flavor syrup. Today though my wife decided to surprise me with a couple of items from there. She watched the boy struggle to remove the steamed milk from under the steaming wand. He then proceeded to overfill the drink and give her a warning that it was hot. Of course it was hot. It was way over-steamed. It’s still hot! She also burned herself while walking out to her car because it was too full. If you can’t train people effectively or appropriately then maybe you should just stick to the old brewed coffee that sits on the counter and is self-serve."
