"Besides the care teams and some good nurses the front desk staff is horrible! They are rude and only care about being paid. They rather push you to an urgent care or emergency room than have your child provider see them. I have had too many unprofessional experience with this practice. I agree with the previous comment it’s just as bad as restaurant franchise."
"I don’t know what happened to this place, but they are getting pretty bad. They’re never available now, so they say, and always trying to push us to go to urgent care or the emergency room. I’ve been coming here with all three of my kids for almost 4 years and was receiving excellent services, but these last few months are starting to make me question if I want my kids to still come here."
"The doctors are great. The staff and nurses are horrible especially the front desk. They don't have service mind and I think they hate their job. Unfortunately, we will not be back and don't recommend this place."

They have no availability for appointments and their scheduler Jasmine put more effort into telling us why they couldn’t help us than actually getting us an appointment and getting seen. She found more ways to tell us no than to help us."
