"All of the doctor's are great at the Crofton location. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Davis since she was very young. He has a way with kids, great service and great person. I was concerned as my daughter is almost a teen, but because of female staff/nurses there are no worries."

We decided to return to him/the practice because he is just her favorite. He works with a female NP now so it works fine. Every one is happy again."

"I am a first time mom and I truly love the practice and the providers who care for my LO. What I do not love is the billing department. It has been over 4 months since I first spoke to Sarah who was very rude, she passed me off to her her supervisor Mary which after speaking to her it explained why Sarah was so rude. I finally spoke to Laura, Mary’s boss and I thought I had struck gold. Now you would think I had a 90 or 120 day past due bill or was disputing a charge.. NOPE, I just wanted a detail copy of my bills and payments made. Laura agreed that the current method in which Payments are applied is a little confusing. She verified my address I heard her clicking on her computer and she ended the call saying I would receive the bill in a clearer manner. She even gave me her direct number for future issues. One week passed, three weeks passed, no bill. I call Laura back and she sounds shocked I hadn’t received it, again I heard her clicking on her computer she verified my address, apologized and said I should have it in a couple of days. Well, 3 weeks have passed and I still haven’t gotten the statement we discussed. What I did get is another bill that doesn’t show any of the payments I made( hence why I initially wanted a clearer statement) maybe a manger over Laura will see this and reach out to me. I am gonna call Laura again tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!"

"My two kids have been with Dr. Craytonia Davis since birth. He is utterly amazing. He is wonderful, fun, and very loving to the kids. He knows how to make them feel relaxed and he even does silly stuff to make the kids and the parents laugh. But most importantly, he makes it a point to get to know the kids to build a bond that the kids can trust. My kids never dread an appointment with him. They actually get excited and look forward to seeing him. Ha. You can tell that treating and helping others is his passion. Our family loves him more than words can express. The other doctors and staff at the practice are amazing as well. If Dr. Davis is booked, they work hard to fit them in his schedule if the kids are sick or they will schedule them with another doctor so that the kids are seen right away. They also have flexible walk-in hours too. I feel lucky to have such a great place that I can trust with the health of my kids."
