"This place is disrespectful to the patients, I had my doubts before visiting the place and when I arrived it was a total disappointment. The customer service person is rude and pedantic, on the phone I had a very bad experience even when I was super friendly, I thought she only had a bad day, when I arrived at the office it was the same person, she made a mistake in my appointment and had to reschedule another one, she made the same mistake that she had made to me before, she set the wrong time, I assure myself an appointment at 2:00pm and she set me the appointment for 11:00am. These people are only interested in charging the insurance; they are not interested in your health. Look for another doctor. I would never recommend it."

"We had a very good experience with them. Dr was very thorough in explaining the lab results. But as always, even in the emergency, mk sure you're on top of every diagnosis, ask questions."

"Not the best they just do small talk and get u out under 5 min they really don’t care if they check you the proper way everytime k go there dr George is never there it’s always another lady and she is just not cut out for it she doesn’t check up on I’m pain/ progress of any treatment I’ve gotten there"

"Wait times are long. Took 2 hours just to get vitals, then had to sit another 30 mins to see the doctor. I would consider an 11:30 appointment a busy time of day but never experience a 3 hour visit for a follow up. Maybe scheduling needs improvement or the doctor has too many patients. Customer service is terrible as well. There is no phone etiquette. When in office, there is no greeting or direction upon entry."
