"I like the office but the front staff is so rude and unprofessional any and everytime i call. I thought maybe it was me but i was listening to her answer calls while i was at an appointment and it was with EVERY phone call she answered. She doesnt try to meet anywhere in the middle when it comes to scheduling she tells you a time and if you ask if another time is available instead of finding a day that has availability for your time frame she'll instantly get an attitude and tell you what shw says is the time you have to be there then she hangs up the phone looks over shakes her head and says "i dont even know why she needs to bring the kid in for a rash it makes no sense" um HELLO?? Their parents; they're worried and want to make sure they only need to get a simple rash cream you guys are there to make us feel better not worse i thought i could tuff it out cause i liked the doctor so much and every single nurse ive encounted but im switching pediatricans just cause the front staff lady is just so rude it almost cancels out everyone elses positive energy"

"Dr. Qasba served as pediatrician for my 3 children. She was the most friendly and most capable doctor in Laurel. It was a sad day when my youngest son finally became too old for a pediatrician. My children loved going to her office. They knew she would make them feel better. Thank you Dr Qasba from Michael, Mae, and Marcel."

"I know this treatment isnt the norm based off the reviews but the front desk receptionists leave SO MUCH to be desired in the realm of customer service. So if your child requires anything past what you consider "normal" care and you are in search of a supportive healthcare TEAM & not just the doctors - I'd suggest going somewhere else. Receptionists are short, rude and lack a sense of urgency. Dr. Gilchrist herself is absolutely AMAZING though. Thank you for everything"

"I love Dr. Qasba. She has been my children's doctor since my oldest (who is now 21 years old) was born. My youngest is currently 3 and we still come to Dr. Q as I call her. We have moved several times over the years and I would not dream of changing to another doctor, I dont care how far we have to travel. She truly cares for the health of my children and goes above and beyond to make sure that they are properly treated and diagnosed. If she is unable to assess their ailment, she promptly refers us to someone who can help. I have always been extremely happy with her's and the service of all of her staff.
