"The store is near my house so I’m a usual customer. I order online most of the time and never had an issue. Today I place online order and went to pick it up. My order was not there. I waited for a few minutes and ask. There were 4 staff, 2 Ethiopians, 1 Asian and one black American, they all told me I picked it up or my family did. I said no I didn’t neither my family. They waited for few minutes and told me I ordered it in another place. I showed them my online order. Then they said they will make me another one. Another lady /white/ come and said the same thing that she lost her order. No question asked the Ethiopian lady stopped doing my order and prepared the ladies order and gave it to her. When my prefer is ready before she gave me, the Ethiopian guy come and start looking for the previous order saying he is sure they made it and some one picked it up. I asked why don’t you believe me when I said I did not picked it up. It took me 14min to get my order because they didn’t trust me. I was there at 7a and left at 7:14a. I wonder why it’s so hard for them to trust me like the other white lady who got her order with out any question? I asked them? Why? Is it because I’m black? It’s hard when your own people have a hard time trusting you. I love Starbucks but not anymore."

"This Starbucks is nice!! It has a large seating area outside even though the view is the parking lot. In the outdoor seating area, there's a flame like heater located in the center built into a wall that serves as a divider separating the seating area in about half. The interior of the store is smaller than most Starbucks. There was a lot of orders but they work very fast! I barely had to wait. The Chai Tea Latte is a little less creamy than I prefer. It could be that it's hot? I usually order the iced version. I didn't see any Starbucks Been There Mugs on the shelves or the 2021 Starbucks holiday bear ornaments that I saw on my recent trip to TN."
