"I've been going to this place for quite some time now and finally departed from them immediately after I became of age to make my own decisons on my health and went to a more welcoming health facility. I just wanted to state that the nursing staff is very unprofessional especially one nurse who I didn't like in particular (won't say any names) At the time I was there I was dealing with signs of depression and feeling suicidal hoping that this facility would approach things in a more gentle and professional manner but I was wrong. The nurse I mentioned in particular was very unprofessional towards me and how I felt at time and I left there feeling even MORE WORSE than I did before. I wish I could've reported it but I was underage at the time and didn't think I would be able to do so. I just want to warn the minors out there, even the parents that are looking for primary care for their children to be careful around these people because it doesn't seem like they are in this for the people but more so for the money."

"Today was unfortunately my last visit to this doctor's office. I have been visiting this office for about 2 years and EVERYTIME you go there WITH an appointment the wait time is more than 2 hours. What then is the point in making an appointment. The staff are unapologetic about the wait time and they act as if that is how it is supposed to be at any doctors office. They just have you sit there with no updates. The doctor is great but unfortunately their old fashion paper way of doing medical documentation and how long it takes to get medical records when you do request them (or they say they never got the request when you send it to the email the gave you) coupled with the ridiculous wait time has done it for me. I would not recommend this office unless you have a half of a work day or more to sit and wait."

"My mom has been coming to Dr.Rhodes since she was pregnant with my older sister 25 years ago. I still come here and I plan on taking my children here as well. Fast amazing and kind service."

"0 Stars: Fraudulent behavior. Be Very careful if you Must go here. Ask Questions. Stay Alert. Do Not let your guard down at any moment. This place will bill you for made up services. I brought my child here for a routine check up FREE of charge. Fast forward I received a bill in the mail. I’ve called the office repeatedly to discuss the fraudulent charges. No one has the decency to respond. Since March. We are now in September. They charged me for “paste” and “topical varnish”. The doctor Never explained either item, nor did she ask permission to put either item on my child. I trusted her and she abused that trust. Her team then tried to do a “visual evokes potential” test. The machine did not work. You guessed it. They sent me a bill for it. I asked Kindly for someone to speak to me regards to the bill and no one has called me. In the meantime they continue to harass me about made up charges by sending a bill in the mail. I can only imagine how much money they are taking from their own people that might not know better. When I visited their office it was packed with nothing but POC. During a time like this w/Covid, to scam people out of their hard earned money is deplorable. I am still waiting for them to call me ... 3 stars - 9/12 ***Update*** after calling to ask for contact information to send a letter of complaint, I was Finally transferred to speak to the head of billing. He was the total opposite of the doctor & the front desk. He was kind, understanding & very informative. Even though the machine did not work, he was kind enough to explain what the test would’ve done. Something the doctor nor the front desk, took the time to do. I am happy to say, I received a $0 bill in the mail. Communication is key to any healthy conversation or issue. It’s sad it took 6 months to resolve."

"Dr.Rhodes is great! And also the other helping doctors. Most of the nurses are nice, friendly and gentle. The office staff is ok, there is room for improvement. I wish they could tell you if they are back up, just so you don't wait for 45mins before being called. Otherwise I am happy with this practice, I take my 3 girls there."
