"I had my baby with them and honestly the worst service ever ..... One day i came in gor appointment because my baby had an ugly cough and doctor bassey send a prescription to the cvs when i went there twice there was nothing on their system and when i call for service at doctor bassey office they never answer the phone only customer service which don't help you with nothinggg my baby spend 3 days without the medicine and when we did get the medicine was not the right one she mentioned for his ear infection never got that medicine second my baby had his 1 year shot appointment scheduled and all the sudden they call me to change it because shes on vacation for a month like other doctors there can't do the job ... this office is not worth your time or your insurance money ! awful service and experience if i could rate 0 stars i would"
