"Staff takes forever to assist patients even in EMERGENCY."
"Rude unprofessional (Russian) doctor on my shift, zero bedside manners. Slow service, even in emergency care I got there around 9am, didn't eat until 10:30pm. I was so hungry. I kept asking to take my BP meds, so I can stabilize it, but they kept taking blood, and telling me to wait. Rude kitchen staff Had to pull information out of the nurses on my shift. I waited all afternoon n evening without being givend my test results. I was released without them. Now i need to pay a fee to assess them. That I won't do that. I will go in person and request them. Overall, my experience was one star or no star. Not good. It's ashame that I had to write this review. Do better Holy Cross."
