"We have been under the care of Rockville Pediatrics for 4 years, and it has always been great. I've met most of the nurses and doctors and they have all been spectacular. It was bumpy when the practice transitioned to the Johns Hopkins system, but having access to MyChart is useful for scheduling appointments and accessing files. My one piece of advice is to always hit "2" when you call the office number - that takes you directly to the Rockville Pediatrics front desk and not the Johns Hopkins phone system."
"Good doctors and nurses. However, the quality of patient services by administrator went down since they became Johns Hopkins group. Schedulers and receptionists do not have sufficient empathy for families with young children and do not show supports. It's very unfortunate for the professional staff that they are represented by the admin staff. We love our pediatrician."
"Dr. Uliassi is amazing! Our infant well visit went smoothly and she answered all of my new-mom questions. She seems very knowledgeable. Also the check-in process was easy. The support staff were all nice and efficient. I’m a nurse so my standards are high and they exceeded all of them. Very happy to have found a great pediatrician and office!"
"Love this practice. The admin team are always friendly and helpful. We had no trouble getting forms completed, or sick appointments. Agree with other reviewers that it's different since the move to Johns Hopkins, however we have had great luck using messages on the portal. For appointments, we always call. The Johns Hopkins network is rotten for appointments - I think it has some weird built-in defaults. But the front desk team is always friendly and helpful in scheduling, forms, and everything else."
