"I normally go out of my way to leave a review like this- but this is so deserved from B&G! Dennis and his team are amazing! They always do their best to accommodate me and my roommate and have treated us with such kindness and respect from the start- which I really appreciate as a student! My apartment came fully furnished with queen sized beds (!!!!!) and nice leather couches. Plus, the pricing of rent is unbeatable in the area. I would recommend this housing company to any IUP student 100%- best company to rent from by far!"

"I rented from B&G for a whole school year plus one summer. Dennis was the best landlord I have ever dealt with both in general and in Indiana (as a student and perm. resident). He has so much respect for his tenants and treats any and every situation with kindness while getting things done quickly and efficiently. He goes above and beyond for people who treat him and his properties with at least basic respect. Rent is accepted in almost any form of payment and you can live at ease knowing B&G is there when you need them, but otherwise they’re out of your hair. The space is truly yours when you rent from them, and I’d recommend Dennis over ANY rental org. in Indiana!"

"I was a tenant of Denis Bray for a year and it was an awesome experience for my first time renting as a young adult. he was very tentative and easy to get ahold of when emergencies arises (which was very rare). Him and his wife always assured that i was comfortable and happy in my apartment! payment was easy and convenient, as venmo was an option. "I stayed at B&G brothers rentals in one of their suites at the 1156 Oakland Ave location. I lived here for 2 years in my undergrad and it was amazing. The apartment was clean and newly renovated. It had a great setup and was fully furnished! The walls are thick and I never had a problem with noise. The location is great, being super close to campus but still off campus. Dennis the landlord is very nice, super understanding, and very easy to contact if you need anything/have a concern. I never had a problem living here. The only things I really needed was maintenance things like new blinds and fixing my front door keypad. That being said, anytime I had a question or needed something fixed/replaced they took care of the issue ASAP. They do their best to accommodate you on move in times/ storage, etc. They communicate when maintenance needs done and always inform you before anyone would need to come into your apartment. Overall this was the best place I stayed and one of the best apartment buildings I was in while attending IUP. I highly recommend B&G brothers rentals for anyone looking to live off campus at IUP!"
