"They same really proud of the negative ratings and poor attitude of both the front desk and the Dr. Nothing is being done to improve here. I’m been with this doc for many many years. Kelly and Megan are the best and wish they would go to a better place because this place do not deserve them. Everyone else seem to not enjoy their job here."
"Long story short: - Had a yearly well visit I scheduled through Zocdoc - Exam took no more than 10 minutes - Dr. Abedin made a comment about how my voice sounded (I had recently gotten over a cold and sounded raspy) - After exam is complete, I am waiting in the exam room still for some reason - A covid test is brought in, which I did not request. I obliged because I am alone in the exam room and just went along with it. Which I now regret and have learned my lesson to not allow any additional services without my request or written consent. - Then, they allow me to go - Several weeks later, I get a bill for over $100 for this covid test I did not request. - Called my insurance company, they said that they not only billed me for a yearly visit, but also an office visit so they could charge a copay/deductible. - Called their office manager, she said she would ask about getting the bill written off after speaking to Dr. Abedin - Never heard anything back and now I am still getting bills for a service I DID NOT NEED OR ASK FOR. At this point, I will have to file a complaint with my insurance company. It is wrong to do unnecessary procedures and bill the patient hundreds of dollars to maximize your collections."
"We had a terrible experience at this medical office. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we finally saw the doctor, he seemed rushed and disinterested in our concerns. We will not be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others consider all the negative reviews as they also reflect actual patient experiences and to avoid this office."
"I have been going to Dr. Abdedin office for many years now and each time my experience has been worse than the last. Sometimes it’s because of Dr. Abedin’s overstepping and almost always because of the front desk receptionists. They are so unprofessional and rude, makes me wonder how they are working at this establishment and why they have not/are not receiving any training. Tells me about an overdue bill much to my surprise. Upon requesting why I have not been informed earlier ...snaps back and tells that the MA who is training, failed to inform me on my last 3 visits, it is now at the collection agency and I should deal with them. She could not tell me what the overdue balance was about even after clicking and checking the computer screen and in addition was charged for a no show fee when that has NEVER happened. All this out loud for others to hear. The insurance company I spoke to shortly after tells me they have not been receiving any bill from Dr. Abedin’s office and therefore I don’t know what is going on now. I dread going back for my follow up. I agree with other reviews ..over parenting advice given off handily, lack of respect, awkwardness, and much more and to list a few. After squaring my dues am LOOKING to change my health care provider soon."
