"First, the technician arrived on time. Honestly, he was grouchy when he came to my door, or was upset by the fact that I required shoe covers to enter my apartment. He came in and assessed the work that needed to be done and I was off to do laundry. I needed some bathroom fixtures put up such as toilet paper holder, towel bars, etc. Nothing too hard for a pro to handle since I had tried to do the work myself. Needless to say, he ended up doing the very thing I was trying to avoid myself, putting extra holes in the wall. Turns out, it wasn't me doing it wrong except I was using the wrong type of drill bit for my "non drywall" walls. He just stood there for a few minutes baffled at not being able to get a hold through the wall. I had expressed to him that if he couldn't get it that would be fine because I needed my bathroom back because I have "bathroom issues". I am so glad that he did not listen to me and took a moment to figure out what the problem was. After that, it only took him less than 20 minutes to finish everything. After his conquering my wall, his mood did lighten some. When I signed the paperwork and gave him a nice tip to buy him lunch, he was smiling just like I was at having my bathroom upgrades done. I was pleased with the work and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend especially because the people on Thumbtack are way to pricey and some don't even send you a reply message. Also, the receptionist is very nice and pleasant to talk to."
